𝐈𝐀𝐂𝐏𝐒𝐎 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝟖𝟖𝐓𝐇 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆, 𝐓𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐒 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐒

Quezon City — The Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO), as Secretariat of the Inter-Agency Committee on Philippine Schools Overseas (IACPSO), organized the 88th IACPSO Regular Meeting held on May 21, 2025 at the Department of Education (DepEd) National Capital Region (NCR) Office.

DepEd Assistant Secretary, Jocelyn DR. Andaya presided over the meeting which was attended by CFO Secretary Dante “Klink” Ang II, Director Fernand Lorenz Dantes of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Atty. Abigail R. dela Rosa from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and Ms. Rocelda E. Galeria from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 252 dated 05 May 2000, the Inter-Agency Committee on Philippine Schools Overseas (IACPSO) was created to serve as the policy making body, a forum for discussion, and resolution of issues concerning the establishment, operation, and management of Philippine schools overseas or such type of schools or educational programs overseas.

The IACPSO is composed of DepEd, DFA, DOLE, OWWA, and the CFO.
